Reminders

Where to find it
Open Scheduled Work > Reminders.
Create a reminder
- Choose Create > Reminder.
- Enter Name, then choose What should run: Written instructions or Saved task.
- Set the At date/time and Timezone in Schedule. Choose a future time; a local time that does not exist during a clock change is rejected.
- Enter Instructions, or select the supported Saved task and its Options JSON.
- Choose Where results go. If using an existing conversation, select one offered by the Conversation picker.
- Set Notify me if it fails and choose Create reminder.
- Confirm the reminder appears with its intended due time and status.
For example, use “Check the refreshed report” as a name and a precise written instruction, choose tomorrow's local time, and select the intended result conversation. A reminder executes its configured work; it is not merely a calendar label.
Run or cancel
Fire now starts an eligible pending reminder immediately. Cancel prevents an uncompleted reminder from firing. Inspect pending versus past status and any result/error before starting another reminder for the same work. A failed operation can leave a saved reminder in place; refresh its status before retrying.
Recovery
Correct an invalid due time, missing instructions, or unavailable conversation in the preserved form. Existing-conversation routing requires a valid picker selection. Inspect the saved result's conversation and source/credential error when execution fails. Canceling a reminder is not undoing work already executed.
