Where to find it

Choose Assets in the main navigation.

Address: /assets.

Choose the file view

Saved assets contains reusable library files. Conversation attachments shows files still scoped to their chat context. To reuse an attachment, find it in that view and choose Save to library. This keeps the same file; it does not change who can access the conversation.

Upload and organize

In Saved assets, choose All assets, Unfiled, or a folder, then search by name or upload a supported file. Accepted types include PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, PDF, text, Markdown, CSV, JSON, DOCX, XLSX, and ZIP. Images are limited to 10 MiB and 25 million pixels; other files to 25 MiB. Renaming a file does not bypass content/type checks.

Open a supported preview to inspect it. Edit exposes Name, Folder, Description, and Tags; choose Save asset to persist the changes. Use Cut, open the destination folder, then Paste here to move a saved asset. Confirm the destination after the move.

Reuse or remove

Copy the stable asset reference for another Topline workflow, or download the file when needed. Review its consumers before deletion. A folder must be empty before it can be deleted. Library changes do not automatically update an independently deployed customer app.

Recovery

Clear view/folder filters if a file appears missing. Failed upload, metadata save, or move keeps the existing asset state; use the displayed error to correct and retry. Saving a conversation attachment to the library is different from moving or sharing the original conversation.
