Call review

Load registered Five9 recordings, explicitly start transcription, and review evidence and costs.

Where to find it

Open Account > Call review.

Address: /account/call-review.

Choose a Call Review section

Account administrator access and account enablement are required. The page has Calls, Transcription setup, and Upload audio. Use Transcription setup for campaign selection, delivery readiness, pricing, budgets, and automatic processing. Use Upload audio for a local recording without immediately starting transcription.

Review a registered call

Find a registered recording in Calls or use the call lookup. Review the audio and any saved transcript first. Loading saved results does not start paid processing.

When processing is needed, inspect the estimate and prerequisites, then choose Transcribe and prepare draft. This starts transcription and, when configured, prepares the review summary in the same action. Summary charges are separate; do not assume a second opt-in is needed before they occur. Review the transcript against the recording and read the summary evidence before relying on a suggested outcome. Use the available question flow for a specific question about the call; paid questions count toward the configured limit.

Recovery

Missing recordings remain incomplete. Unknown charges are not treated as free. If a provider outcome is uncertain, inspect saved results and processing state before retrying a paid action. A successful transcript does not certify a business outcome.
