Manage ingested Google Sheets sources and distinguish them from direct access to an existing sheet.
Where to find it
Open Account > Data Sources > Google Sheets.
Address: /account/sources/google-sheets.
Use this page
Add, find, run, and recover managed Google Sheets sources.
If a task needs direct, restricted access to an externally managed Sheet and does not need a managed reporting table or pipeline, use Use Topline: Existing Google Sheets. Sharing a Sheet with a Topline reader or writer identity is separate from adding it as a managed source.
Managed source workflow
Open Google Sheets under Data Sources to add or find a managed sheet source. Review the sheet and resource selection, run its sync, and inspect the latest result before relying on table freshness. Use the saved source's recovery controls after correcting permissions or configuration.

Access, states, and recovery
For direct task access to an existing sheet without ingestion, use the separate sharing workflow instead.
Controls and availability depend on the active account and your permissions. If a page is unavailable, verify account access before changing configuration.
