Profile

Manage your display name, appearance, sign-in security, and personal connections.

Where to find it

Open Account > Profile.

Address: /account/profile.

Change your display name

In Personal details, edit Display name and save. Use 100 characters or fewer. Leaving it blank restores the name derived from your sign-in email. Email is read-only and managed by the identity provider. A failed save leaves the draft available; check for the saved confirmation before assuming it changed.

Choose appearance

Use Appearance for the available theme and display preferences. These change your view of Topline, not the company's brand. Use Brand for the workspace name, logo, and favicon.

Control new-artifact confirmation

In Artifact creation, Auto-approve new artifacts controls whether a clearly requested new build needs a separate destination confirmation. Off means coding pauses for you to choose a title or an existing artifact before saving a new build. On allows clearly requested new artifacts to be created with a generated name you can change later. Ambiguous replacements and updates still require the applicable confirmation; this does not approve deployment or arbitrary edits.

Review sign-in and personal connections

Passkeys shows the setup or status appropriate to your sign-in provider. Follow the offered provider flow; unavailable checks do not prevent using the current sign-in method. Review personal Drive and Calendar connection status, reconnect when asked, and inspect requested access before completing sign-in. Personal connections do not grant company administration or another person's data access.

Check account access and session

Account access shows Organization role and Product access. Your organization manages those values. Open Developer Access appears with the required capability. In Session, Sign out ends this device's session; retry if the page reports a sign-out error.
