Use the overview, notes and capabilities, apps and outputs, maintenance documents, and conversations.
Where to find it
Choose Apps & Workspaces and open the intended workspace.
Address: /projects/:projectId. Open the saved resource from the product rather than typing this address.
Move between workspace sections
Open a workspace from Apps & Workspaces. Workspace sections links to Overview, Notes/Capabilities, Apps and outputs, maintenance documents, and Conversations.
Add context for the work
- Review the workspace name and description in Overview.
- Keep the Overview description specific to the workspace's outcome.
- Add or update its maintenance documents; use Agent practices for durable operating guidance.
- In Notes/Capabilities, choose a workspace skill and select Add skill when a repeatable workflow needs it. Only the owner can change bound skills.
Open work and conversations
Use Apps and outputs to inspect attached work; Open library opens the full library. Use Conversations to resume a chat or choose New thread. Main chat is your personal workspace conversation; threads are separate and can be shared.
Recover a missing section or item
A failed skill load does not mean the workspace's content is gone. Use its Try again control. Clear workspace search and filters when items are hidden. If the workspace cannot be opened, return to the library and verify the current account and access.
