Artifact addresses, domains, and embeds
Manage app addresses, choose a company domain, and embed approved live output.
Where to find it
Open Apps & Workspaces, choose the workspace, and open the artifact. Its header and drawers contain the settings for this guide.
Address: /artifacts/:id?drawer=address, /embed/:token. Open the saved resource from the product rather than typing this address.
Manage app addresses
Open App addresses on the artifact page. Review the main address and any additional Topline addresses. Use the drawer's edit, add, copy, or remove controls for the intended address. Address configuration does not deploy the app, make a version live, or change its audience.
Add address offers extra Topline addresses only when workspace site names are set up. Otherwise it opens the company website form directly, or explains that a company website must first be connected in Account > Domains. If the main address needs a page name, use Set page name to open its editor. The main address editor changes the page name without offering an unavailable site-name field.
Use a company domain
Connect and verify the domain in Account > Domains, then assign the app's path in App addresses. Only a connected domain can serve the app. Changing the organization's default domain does not move existing app routes.
Open or copy a live link
After publishing, use Open app or the copy control in App access. Verify the displayed main address and test using a recipient's access level. Saving access or copying a URL does not send an invitation.
Embed an artifact
Use the available embed URL from the published-access drawer. An embed inherits the live viewer policy. It does not expose an editing or private draft-review surface. Expired, revoked, or unauthorized links cannot be used to bypass access.
Recovery
Check domain connection and provisioning status, the exact app route, live-version status, and audience separately. Preserve the saved route when a draft address fails validation. Move every app route off a company domain before removing that domain.
