SMS policy workspace

Edit policy drafts, submit snapshots for review, and publish approved customer-branded policies.

Where to find it

Open the policy workspace offered after SMS agreement signing.

Address: /account/sms/workspace.

Edit the policy drafts

After agreement signing, open the SMS workspace and edit its saved terms and privacy documents. Replace starter instructions with the reviewed wording for your business. Draft edits do not change the public pages. If workspace setup was incomplete, use its retry flow without signing the agreement again.

Submit an exact policy snapshot

In the publication panel, review Business name on these pages, Business website, SMS terms document, Privacy notice document, and Effective date. Choose two different saved documents. Confirm the checkbox that you reviewed both, replaced starter instructions, and checked the messaging-program description.

Choose Submit for Topline review. Review the submitted text shows the frozen candidate; editing a saved draft afterwards does not silently replace that submitted snapshot. The agreement signer coordinates customer submission; Topline's authorized reviewers separately approve the exact text and hosting arrangement or request changes.

Publish or prepare an update

After approval, the authorized agreement signer reviews Your final publishing approval, confirms authority for the exact policies, and chooses Publish policies or Publish updated policies. Hosting must be enabled. Publication makes both documents publicly accessible; it does not enable SMS sending or establish carrier approval.

Use Prepare a policy update to submit a new snapshot. Existing pages can remain online while that update is reviewed. Read the shown online/offline status and Publication history rather than assuming draft edits changed the live version.

Take both pages offline

Open Take public pages offline, enter Reason for taking pages offline, then choose Confirm: take both pages offline. Both URLs stop serving policies. This does not pause an active messaging program; contact Topline to suspend messaging separately. Do not use offline policy links for registration or messaging.

Recover after an uncertain result

If a request loses its response or shows an uncertain outcome, choose Check latest status before retrying. The submission, publication, or takedown may already have completed. Inspect the current status and history, then retry only if the intended action is still needed.
