Review an exact messaging agreement, accept when eligible, and retain its receipt.
Where to find it
Open the agreement for your saved intake from Account > SMS setup.
Address: /account/sms/:intakeId/agreement. Open the saved resource from the product rather than typing this address.
Review the offer
Confirm the business, designated signer, exact terms, and messaging scope. Signing is available only when the offer and signer are eligible and the required account setup is enabled. Changed intake scope, withdrawal, expiry, or unavailable approved terms require Topline review rather than signing an older offer.
Accept and retain the receipt
- In Sign for your company, enter the displayed signer-name and Business title fields.
- Review the authority checkbox and the exact acceptance attestation.
- Choose Accept and electronically sign only as the authorized designated representative.
- Confirm Acceptance recorded, then use Download agreement and receipt to retain the record.
Signing creates the private policy-workspace path and its next steps; it does not enable sending, grant recipient consent, or establish carrier approval. If workspace preparation is incomplete, use its retry flow rather than signing again.
Review previous receipts
Previous acceptance receipts opens an earlier recorded offer. A historical receipt does not authorize accepting changed terms or scope. When new signing is unavailable, previously accepted receipts remain readable.
Preparation and recovery
Topline agreement-preparation controls are for authorized reviewers. They use exact counsel-approved terms, designated signer email, and evidence references—not identity documents pasted into the page. An unsigned offer can be withdrawn through its confirmation flow. If signing is unavailable or fails, inspect the current offer/receipt state and ask Topline to resolve the reported prerequisite before retrying.
