Propose, review, and maintain durable company facts and operating policy.

Open Account > Assistant > Knowledge.

Add a company fact

In Add knowledge, enter Title and What should the company know?. Add an HTTPS Citation URL when you have a supporting source. Choose Review and add, then read the item's status and explanation in Activity.

Clear, trusted facts may publish automatically. Sensitive or conflicting changes can require confirmation. A successful submission is not a guarantee of publication. If you have read-only access, ask a knowledge steward to make the change; there is no search control on this panel.

Review and change an item

Published changes and proposals appear together in Activity; there is no separate approval inbox. Authorized users can choose Confirm for a confirmation-required item. Edit opens its title, knowledge, and citation fields; Review edit submits the revision through review again.

Undo is available for a published change. Archive is available for an eligible non-published item. Read the current status before choosing either. These actions affect company knowledge, not previous chat messages or artifact contents.

Recover a failed operation

Use Refresh to fetch current activity. A load error has Try again. A rejected proposal's explanation helps identify a conflict or unsupported fact; correct it before resubmitting. If proposal access cannot be checked, retry collection status rather than assuming the item is published.
