Bring selected CRM, phone, and fleet data into one database you own. After those resources are connected and verified, Topline chat can answer authorized questions across them.
This is what a Tuesday looks like. Someone in the office asks about overdue accounts, gets a dashboard instead of a spreadsheet, and then changes it by asking again.
Each one shows its own slice, and none of them talk to each other. The questions worth asking cross two systems, so they never get asked.
Its API hands back records. It does not answer questions.
One table per request, no way to join them, and a daily ceiling you reach long before the picture is complete.
No live reporting. No applications. Not on their terms.
This is the part people skip. An assistant can only answer questions about data it can reach. That is why owning the database makes everything else possible.
Start with the API key and token from your own PestRoutes account, then choose the tables and columns needed for your workflows. Never used those credentials? We will show you exactly where they live.
Topline can assist with a scoped BigQuery or Postgres connection for selected tables and views. Validate schemas, permissions, freshness, and each downstream report before changing an existing Looker connection.
Then authorized builders can ask for new reporting in plain language.
After selected data is connected and verified, an authorized builder can adapt the default-dashboard skill to the company's definitions and access rules.
An application is a small piece of software your people actually use all day. The person who wants it can build it directly. There is no spec, bidding process, or developer in the middle.
Pick any four things your office complains about. The people who know why they are a problem are the people who will build the fix, and they will not be waiting on a quote to do it.
Workspace and Build are product access profiles. Administrators still choose each person's exact capabilities and resources.
Knowledge and building stay inside the tenant, capability, and resource boundaries an administrator approves.
MEMORY
Generic AI remembers a chat. Topline remembers the company.
Yours, your team's, the company's. Nothing moves up a level until someone approves it.
Slack, Google Chat, Claude Code, Codex. Same memory, same answer, whichever model you ask.
Define "callback" once. Every person and every assistant reads it the same way.
It follows you across threads, so the next session starts where the last one stopped.
Yours stays yours. Personal never shows up in someone else's chat. Company never leaves your company.
Message Topline in Google Chat. The same answers, from the same data, in the window your office already has open.
You pay Topline to run the shared chat and build tools. The customer-owned data, database, routing service, and customer applications stay in your account if you leave.
KNOWLEDGE BASES
Turn field manuals, service procedures, or training documents into a customer-owned Knowledge Base. Each collection has its own published release. Company Knowledge holds organizational context and product memory; chat memory holds conversation context. Neither is a substitute for a published Knowledge Base.
Collect documents, validate a candidate, and review it before publishing. Draft edits and refreshed imports stay out of the live release until you publish again.
Serve the published collection as readable HTML to the audience you choose. Publishing does not automatically make an endpoint public.
Bind a normal artifact app to the live collection with an exact grant for that app, included in the published release. Its viewers still need authorized access.
Let approved Topline agent workflows browse, search, or read the same published source through only the operations you grant.
A technician reads an authorized HTML page. A private manual-finder app opens the cited procedure. An approved Topline agent searches that same release. Your next draft stays separate from all three.
Hosted MCP artifacts cannot directly declare Knowledge Bases. Use a normal artifact app binding or an approved Topline agent connection.
Read the Knowledge Bases guideThe routing engine runs in your account. Customer Profiles is an opt-in Topline-hosted add-on for PestRoutes. The call-center suite remains in development.
Live transcription while the call is still happening. When it ends: a summary onto the customer’s PestRoutes notes, a score against your rubric, and whatever else was said pulled into your database. We run the pipeline, so there is nothing for you to set up.
You can't sell what you can't prove. Companies with numbers they can prove are worth more, even when a sale is not on the horizon.
Churn by cohort, by tech, by branch.
Explore it yourself, not through somebody else’s monthly report.
A tech-enabled company trades higher.
Every company starts with a call. We look at what you run, tell you what it would cost for a company your size, and show you your own data inside Topline before you commit to anything.
Book a callWe will come back to you to set up the call. Nothing is created and nothing connects to your CRM until you say so.
