# Table detail

Inspect sample rows, schema, sensitivity, trust, relationships, and sync activity.

## Where to find it

Open **Account > Data Sources**, select a source, and open the intended table. You can also find it from **Reporting tables**.

Address: `/account/sources/:sourceId/tables/:tableName`. Open the saved resource from the product rather than typing this address.

## Choose a table section

Open a table from its source or [Reporting tables](/docs/reporting-tables). Check **Last successful update**, row count, **Current sync**, and **Schedule** before using the data.

| Tab | What to do |
| --- | --- |
| Preview | Read up to 25 sample rows. **Search columns** narrows the displayed columns, not the rows. Scroll horizontally for the remaining columns. |
| Columns | Inspect field types, descriptions, sensitivity, and trust. **Edit table info** opens the schema editor. |
| Relationships | Review the documented relationships to other tables; a listed relationship is context, not proof that every row matches. |
| Activity | Inspect the sync and its runs. **Manage sync** opens this tab for the selected sync. |

## Review unmapped fields

An unmapped-field warning means new source fields are excluded from reporting. **Review fields** opens **Columns**; **Copy schema details** copies the observed field summary for investigation. In **Edit table info**, review **Final columns available to the assistant**, make the intended selection, and choose **Save table info**. If final columns failed to load, no selection is changed; retry after fixing the load issue.

## Ask about the data

**Ask about this data** appears when chat is connected. It starts a conversation with this exact table context. Check freshness first; it does not grant wider data access.

## Recover a missing preview

- **Source not ready:** finish connector setup on the source page.
- **No columns match:** clear **Search columns**.
- **No preview rows yet:** inspect the latest sync; an empty sample does not prove the source is empty.
- **Failed preview:** use the preview's retry control after correcting the reported source issue.

For PestRoutes contract, document, and form tables, **Open file** appears only for a ready archived file. Sample rows do not prove all files were archived.
