# Source detail

Operate one source, manage resources and schemas, and recover sync or initial-load failures.

## Where to find it

Open **Account > Data Sources** and select the intended source.

Address: `/account/sources/:sourceId`. Open the saved resource from the product rather than typing this address.

## Review the source and its tables

Check the source type and readiness status, then use **Reporting tables** to find its resources. Open a table to inspect its preview, schema, relationships, and activity. The available setup and sync controls depend on the connector; a saved source may still need an initial load.

## Open Source settings

Choose **Source settings** in the page header. Its drawer contains **Connection details**, **Tools and support**, source status, and **Company knowledge**. **Use in assistant answers** allows assistants to search and cite this source; each person still needs permission to its content. This setting does not change the reporting-table sync.

For an investigation, choose **Copy support details**, inspect the bounded packet, and use **Copy support packet**. Check the packet for sensitive information before sharing it outside the intended support context.

## Recover an initial load

The initial-load panel shows saved batches, rows, and completed tables. When blocked, **Fix in chat** opens the issue in its source context where available. After correcting the blocker, use **Retry initial load** or **Continue initial load**. **Finish setup** appears when the load is complete but setup still needs completion. Continuing resumes saved checkpoints; it does not start a new connection.

## Manage syncs

Inspect the intended table's sync and latest run before running it again. Use its sync-detail link for cadence, pause, and recovery. PestRoutes can expose Refresh, Future deletes, and Full deletes as different operations; confirm the operation and its consequences before running it. Five9 may expose report checks and CSV backfill; Sheets exposes its sheet-sync controls. Follow the matching connector setup rather than treating all sources alike.

## Archive or restore

In **Source settings > Source status**, choose **Archive source**, review the named source, then **Confirm archive**. Data is preserved and the source is hidden from the active list. Sync and schedule settings are unchanged: pause automatic work separately if it should stop.

Find the source in the Archived source list and use **Restore source** to show it again. Paused schedules stay paused. If a save reports a conflict, refresh the source's current settings and review the change again.
