# Reporting tables

Search available tables, filter by source, and inspect freshness before using data.

## Where to find it

Open **Account > Data Sources > Reporting tables**.

Address: `/account/sources/tables`.

## Find a dataset

Use the inventory's search and source filter to find the intended table. Review its source, row and column information, freshness, and current sync. Sorting changes the inventory order. Open the table's name for its [Preview, Columns, Relationships, and Activity](/docs/table-details) tabs.

## Interpret freshness and schedule separately

**Not scheduled** means no current sync is assigned; it does not prove the table is empty or stale. Check the last successful update and source before relying on its data. Preview row counts and samples do not establish completeness.

## Recover missing or incomplete results

- **No matches:** use **Clear filters** before concluding a table is missing.
- **Incomplete inventory:** the page can show results while some source resources failed to load. Use **Retry missing sources**. A partial list is not proof that other tables do not exist.
- **Inventory load failure:** use the offered retry control and check the responsible source.

**Ask about this data** belongs to the opened table's detail page, not the inventory. Check freshness there before carrying that table into chat.
