# Data access

Prepare exact member and team reporting-table grants and understand enforcement availability.

Open **Account > Data access** when the draft is enabled for your account.

## Use this page

Active tenant Admins prepare exact member/team reporting-table grants with review and save. Admins have current/future all-table reporting access.

The page appears only on accounts where Topline has turned on the draft;
elsewhere it is not listed and its address returns to account settings.

Account **Data access** separates table queries from chat/builder actions. Active
Admins in this account have all current and future reporting tables by default.
Other members need direct grants or grants from an active team they directly
belong to. Removing a direct grant does not remove independent team access.

Choose a person or team, select exact tables, then **Review changes** and **Save
data access**. The review names sensitive resources and removals. Future tables
are excluded from member/team selections. A changed data contract requires a
fresh review; unsupported tables cannot be granted yet. A conflict preserves
your choices; refresh and review them against the latest saved access.

The first draft can prepare grants, but production activation is unavailable
until saved/shared output and remaining delivery paths are certified. Saving
grants while enforcement is off does not restrict current queries. Review the
approved table/member matrix, reports, histories, files and jobs before a later
authorized activation. These controls do not change report formulas, publish an
app, grant credentials, offer column/row permissions, or erase delivered data.
