# App Builder Health

Review sandbox, source, storage, deployment, and production-gate readiness.

## Where to find it

Open **Account > App Builder Health**.

Address: `/account/app-builder-health`.

## Inspect the checks

App Builder Health is a read-only report. Use **Blocked**, **Degraded**, or **Ready** focus filters and **Find** to locate a service, issue, or setup value. Clear filters when a check seems missing. Read **Last check** and expand **Technical details** only when needed for diagnosis.

Blocked checks identify prerequisites that prevent a test launch or production deployment. Degraded checks identify incomplete or risky setup. Ready means that check found no missing setup; it is not a complete workflow acceptance result.

## Distinguish the production controls

Inspect the production guard's active/inactive state separately from whether deployment is allowed. A healthy builder report does not authorize deploying, publishing, or rolling out a customer change.

## Recover a failure

The page does not provide repair buttons or a general refresh button after successful loading. Give the first blocking issue to an authorized administrator or Topline operator. After the prerequisite is corrected, reload the page and compare the check's result and timestamp.

**Retry health checks** appears after a loading failure. Use that retry for the failed report request rather than looking for an infrastructure repair action here.
